Question 1

Do you offer scholarships?

Accepted Answer

We run scholarship intakes for some programmes, but they open and close on a schedule rather than running continuously. Ask us whether an intake is currently open — we can check the live status and give you the deadline and what is required to apply.

Question 2

How do I enrol?

Accepted Answer

Pick the course and cohort you want, complete the registration form on that course page, and make either the full payment or your first instalment. Once payment is confirmed we create your student account and send your login details, and you get access to your portal and your cohort group. If you would rather be walked through it, message us and someone will take you through the steps.

Question 3

Can I do my SIWES or IT placement with SmartHub?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We take students on SIWES and industrial-training placements, including the supervision and documentation your institution requires. There is a dedicated rate for IT students. Get in touch with your school requirements and start date and we will tell you what is available.

Question 4

Is there an internship after the programme?

Accepted Answer

We run an internship programme — real 2-to-6-month placements with partner teams. It is open to anyone with the relevant skills; you do NOT need to be a SmartHub graduate. Eligibility is based on a short skill assessment, not on prior SmartHub training. SmartHub Academy graduates get the programme free; everyone else pays a fee. Applications are open year-round. Visit the internship programme page on our website for the current fee, available tracks, and to apply.

Question 5

Do I get a certificate at the end?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You receive a certificate on completing your programme. Certificates carry a verification link so an employer can confirm they are genuine directly with us.
