Question 1

How much does a programme cost?

Accepted Answer

Fees vary by programme and by cohort, and there are sometimes promotions running. Rather than quote a figure that may be out of date, tell us which course you are interested in and we will give you the current price, the instalment options and any discount that applies.

Question 2

Can I pay in instalments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most cohorts can be paid either in full up front or spread across instalments, and paying in full sometimes carries a discount. The exact plan and amounts depend on the programme and the cohort you join, so ask us about the course you are interested in and we will send the current options.

Question 3

What do I need to take part?

Accepted Answer

A laptop and a reliable internet connection. Practical work is a large part of every programme and you will need your own machine to practise on between sessions — a phone is not enough. If you are unsure whether your laptop is up to the course you are considering, ask us before you enrol.

Question 4

What happens if I miss a class?

Accepted Answer

Every live class is recorded and published to your student portal, usually within a day of the session, so you can catch up in your own time. You keep access to the recordings for your programme, and you can ask questions in your cohort group.

Question 5

Are classes online or in person?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the cohort. Some run fully online over Google Meet, some run in person, and some run both at the same time so you can pick. Each course page lists the modes its current cohorts are running in — ask us about a specific course and we will tell you what is available right now.
